The Superior culinary center hosts open cooking hours for the community where we welcome you to cook with us. This is the perfect place to practice cooking with friends, try a new recipe with all natural ingredients, or prepare foods in larger quantities. We support people from diverse backgrounds and help train them to produce healthy, high quality, safe and affordable food.
Superior implements this mission by providing hands -on training and cooking demonstrations along with access to growing and tasting REAL food. Produce from the garden is used onsite for cooking classes and workshops. Learn new techniques on specialized equipment and use our resources to take your cooking to a whole new level. The Superior Culinary Center offers advanced training’s, certification updates, equipment and design support, and business development consultations.
