Watch, learn & relax as our Professional chefs take you through our customized gourmet meal, in a demonstration class, or get your own aprons dirty during an intensive hands-on class geared towards health, wellness & culinary creativity. We can execute a blend of hands on and demonstration activity or we simply support your event by creating your meal for you in our state of the art venue.

A Chef along with a professional facilitator conducts each program and is actively involved with all aspects of health and nutrition. Superior’s culinary center is now available for luncheons along with live entertainment, for an afternoon of fun, food and learning. We can accommodate up to 100 guests.
