Summer 2017 Kids and Teens Cooking Camps – Week 5
Registration is now open for kids’ and teen’s summer cooking camps! These programs provide an opportunity for budding chefs to get comfortable and have fun in the kitchen, working with recipes geared for their age group
We place more emphasis on food in our families these days. More parents are realizing that teaching their kids to cook helps prepare them for the future. Enrolling your child in a kid or teen cooking class at The Superior Culinary Center bring them one step closer.
All students attending camp will receive their own professional chef apron & hat, which they must wear each day they attend camp. All meals and lab materials are included while at camp. They will all work hands on with kitchen tools, cake decorating kit and learn age appropriate knife skills.

Graduation is on July 22nd 2017 from 11:00am to 1:00pm
Ages: 7-16 years old.
Time: Tuesday to Friday 10:00am to 3:00pm
Weekly Cost: $185.00 per child includes all the ingredients, lunch and snack
Package Cost: $799.00 for five weeks per child

We’ve put together this special menu full of fresh, fun and wholesome meals that are sure to delight our littlest eaters — and bring smiles to their parents’ faces, too. Great for your budding chef and expert alike. We’ll whip up a masterpiece from scratch to excite everyone’s taste buds.
Kids’ Camp:-International Menu $185
Week 5: July 18-21st, 10:00–3:00PM
Day 1: Spanish Menu—Knife Skills, Butternut Squash Risotto; Latin Fried Chicken, Vegetable Strata and Pecan Blondie’s
Day 2: Italiano Motto Menu -Knife Skills, Homemade Pasta, Ricotta Ravioli, Marinara Sauce, Cheesecake
Day 3: French Menu —Knife Skills, Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce, French Potato Salad, Chicken Marsala; Bananas Foster Crêpes
Day 4: Thailand Menu -Knife Skills, Shrimp and Mango Spring Rolls, Spicy Coconut Curry Chicken with Sweet Potatoes, Tofu Pad Thai
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of registration to hold a spot for your child. Kids enrolling in more than one week must make their payment at the beginning of the week before class starts.
Cancellations: A camp can be cancelled if it does not meet the minimum attendance threshold. In the event that fewer campers register than is required for a camp to take place, Superior Culinary center will notify parents of this situation before the camp start date and offer alternative camps or refunds. All final registration decisions will be made no later than one week before the camp start date.
Refunds: In order to receive a full refund for any registration you must cancel, at least two weeks before the start of the camp.
